Refund and Returns Policy

Kyeburn are committed to customer delight and if you have any problems with our products we would request you contact us in the first instance so we can help.

Our 28 day return period

You can return all items within 28 days of receipt, provided that the item is in a new, unused condition (including any labels and/or accessories) excluding bespoke, customised or personalised items, unless damaged or faulty.

• Order reference number
• Your Address
• Email address
• Contact number
• Date of purchase
• Date the goods were received by you
• If you originally ordered multiple items, which do you want to return?

When we approve a return, please send the product along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund.

Sending A Return Back To Us

Some of our products are large and can be heavy so the transportation of these items is a difficult business. If the item you wish to return is large or please make sure that any courier used is and any courier shipment is fully insured to the value of the shipment (retail price).

Damaged Or Faulty Items Received By You

If you received a damaged or faulty product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Missing Items

You should check the goods received as soon as they are received. If there are any missing parts, it is essential that you notify us immediately by email on [email protected]

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.

Return exceptions

Unless faulty, you cannot cancel or return bespoke, customised or personalised items.

Important note

If you cancel or return items outside of our Returns Policy as set out above, we may accept the item (at our discretion) but make deductions, up to the value of the item, to account for its diminished value.

This means you may not receive a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected
